 Bangalore based Quality Assurance (QA) Consulting Services Company established in FY 2008-09 by Sandeep Joshi, Chairman and Managing Director who has more than 30 years of Quality, Information Security, Environmental Assurance domain experience in diversified industry – Telecom Software, Hardware Products & Services, Utility Services – Natural Gas/LPG, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical & Bulk drugs, Glassware, Agro-chemical, Healthcare etc. Prior to establishing IEC, he was Senior Manager-Quality, Corporate Management.

Representative/SEPG Head at Sasken Group of companies for 9 years. IEC had incepted its QA services operations with its first customer Sasken Group of Companies –Sasken Communication Technologies Limited and Sasken Network Engineering Limited for catering to following Quality, Information Security & Environmental Assurance Services from 2008-09 until 2014-15:

Sustenance, scope expansion and re-certification of various Information Security, Security and Environment Management Certifications- ISO 9001, TL 9000, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO 22301 and CMMI at its India Operations Sites-Bangalore, Pune, Chennai and Foreign Operations Sites – Mexico, Finland and China.

2. Internal Audit Program Management globally covering all India and Foreign Sites for various ISO/TL/CMMI standards

3. Software Quality Assurance Services including ISO/TL/CMMI & Six Sigma Initiatives related compliance & continual improvements as per the SLAs for Software Development and Services Projects

4. Project level customer satisfaction measurement & management globally covering all India and Foreign Sites covering 100% projects 


IEC Consultancy Approach

IEC consultants provide required insight, awareness and share requirements of ISO / TL / CMMI standard/Best Practices with Core Team of Customer Organization. IEC consultants initially train the client organization’s Core Team and subsequently conduct gap analysis against the particular ISO/TL/CMMI standards. Post gap analysis, IEC consultants present detailed project plan covering various phases of ISO/TL/CMMI standard certification project. Then, IEC consultants get involved in training, documentation of the identified processes as well handhold Core Team members for process documentation and implementation of the tailor-made Customer Quality/InfoSec/Environmental Management System. Client Core Team identifies required processes to be documented, share the process workflow steps, review the draft processes, release the processes at Customer QMS/ISMS/EMS Process repository, own the processes, train the concerned employees on the processes and effectively implement the documented processes as expected /committed. Finally, IEC consultants conduct Internal Audits followed by Internal Auditor’s Training covering all functions/sampled projects as per the certification scope. A Management Review Meeting is conducted as per the ISO/TL/CMMI standard requirement and later 3rd party ISO authorized auditing agency has been hired by the client organization to conduct and certify them as per the ISO/TL/CMMI standard certification requirements. IEC Consultants hands on experience and facilitation skill add value to the client organization by adapting the best practices at their Management System documentation and implementation as well, cut overall certification project cycle time and cost apart from achievement of required ISO/TL/CMMI certification with higher success rate.
